The location is perfect for outdoor activities, with easy access to hiking trails and nearby attractions. the breakfast buffet was outstanding-- plenty of fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and even local meats. the large indoor pool was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering great tips on what to see and do in the area.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some refreshing. the long layout of the hotel meant a lot of stairs to get to different areas, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were extremely helpful throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were amazing, with a swimming pool, trampolines, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and even an indoor tennis court. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and I appreciated the free parking. The location was perfect, a short distance away from various attractions, and transportation was easily accessible. The breakfast was delicious and the staff made a point to accommodate families by grouping tables together, which was a lovely touch.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel had a great indoor playground and outdoor trampolines which kept the kids happy and entertained. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was located near the ski slopes and had beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
The hotel was outdated and the rooms were not well-maintained. The internet was very slow and had poor coverage throughout the hotel.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was only a short distance from the ski lift and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The facilities were top-notch, with an indoor tennis court for our enjoyment. The highlight for us was the mesmerizing lake Lünersee which was just a short distance away, perfect for hiking and other mountain sports.
